The role
The Early Childhood and Development Coach works with the Manager, Education and Inclusion to provide technical assistance, management, and support to Head Start and/or Early Head Start programs to ensure effective implementation of education services and curriculum.

- Provide training and technical assistance to classroom staff
- Monitor child and teacher progress
- Ensure compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback
- Develop and incorporate the Program for Infant Toddler Caregivers (PITC)
