DRR Financing Expert in Albania

The role

The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) is seeking a consultant to lead technical support on disaster risk reduction (DRR) financing and risk-informed investments in the Republic of Albania. The consultant will conduct macro-fiscal risk modeling, stakeholder consultations, and policy analysis to improve the execution of DRR resources at both national and municipal levels. The role involves developing a DRR financing landscape study and facilitating a national workshop to advance resilience-building priorities. This assignment supports Albania's alignment with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030.
