The role

The Donor Service Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for donors, helping answer their questions, solve problems, and facilitate donations. They also participate in developing messages for donors about MSF’s programs and policies.

What you'll do

  • Answer calls, emails, and mail inquiries to allocated donors and prospective donors to maintain and strengthen existing relationships
  • Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization
  • Produce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents, databases and other departmental systems

  • Minimum two years’ administrative experience, preferably in a customer service and/or non-profit environment
  • B.A., or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
