The role

The Donor Recruitment Associate supports blood drive operations by managing recruitment activities, securing donor appointments, and assisting with on-site blood drive logistics. The role involves giving presentations, maintaining accurate data in relationship management software, and providing organizational support to program leaders to meet collection goals. The associate will also train volunteer teams and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient donor engagement across assigned territories.
