The role

The Donor Recruitment Associate plays a vital role in supporting the American Red Cross blood donation mission by managing blood drive activities and donor recruitment. The position involves coordinating with sponsors, managing appointment schedules, and implementing educational programs to ensure collection goals are met. Working as an individual contributor, the associate provides operational support to volunteer teams and ensures accurate data tracking within internal scheduling systems.
