The role

The Donor Operations Coordinator will provide service-oriented support to the Development, Finance, and program teams by maintaining accurate, timely gift data in Salesforce and responding quickly to the data needs of internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for gift data inquiries from the Development, Finance, and program teams
  • Triaging and prioritizing competing requests from multiple internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the Development team with bulk data imports and updates
  • Running standard Salesforce reports on request and assisting colleagues in interpreting data outputs

What it takes

  • At least 3 years of experience providing service-oriented support to fundraising or other data-driven teams
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of organization
  • Clear and proactive written and verbal communication
  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent, competing requests
  • Availability to support GFI’s year-end fundraising activity
