The role
The Donor Operations Coordinator will provide service-oriented support to the Development, Finance, and program teams by maintaining accurate, timely gift data in Salesforce and responding quickly to the data needs of internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Serving as the primary point of contact for gift data inquiries from the Development, Finance, and program teams
- Triaging and prioritizing competing requests from multiple internal stakeholders
- Supporting the Development team with bulk data imports and updates
- Running standard Salesforce reports on request and assisting colleagues in interpreting data outputs

- At least 3 years of experience providing service-oriented support to fundraising or other data-driven teams
- Demonstrated experience with data entry in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
