The Donor Intelligence Officer will assist in resource mobilization, grant management, and donor coordination for the World Health Organization’s Regional Office in Africa.
What you'll do
- Provide donor briefing notes for the Regional Director's Office through in-depth research and updating donor profiles
- Assist departments in developing quality proposals, preparing grant agreements, timely reporting, disbursement requests, no-cost extensions, and other relevant correspondence
- Prepare draft and final proposals as well as technical reports for regional and country-level activities to donors based on inputs received from technical teams and information from the partnerships team
- Monitor funding proposals, grant implementation rates, and reporting deadlines in accordance with donors' specific requirements

- 3 years of experience in resource mobilization, partnership, proposal writing, and donor coordination
- Professional experience in an international organization or at the country level is an asset
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
