Donor Engagement Director
The role
The Donor Engagement Director will lead and coordinate IRC’s strategic funding engagement with priority donors, including the World Bank, UN agencies, and various government bodies. The role involves managing a team of senior advisors to oversee an 'account management' function that identifies opportunities and fosters high-level relationships to secure essential public funding. This position requires a strategic leader to collaborate across technical, regional, and executive teams to drive long-term business development and humanitarian impact.
