What you'll do

  • Support the management of product-level investigations under ARC inventory.

  • Review donor deferral records to identify suspect products.
  • Perform retrieval activities related to product complaints including bacterial detection cases.
  • Update and verify donor records ensuring data confidentiality.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s in science or healthcare preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in blood banking, lab testing, medical records, or quality review.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work effectively on a team.
