What you'll do
- Provides good customer service to all visitors
- Accepts donated materials and provides receipts
- Prepares materials for pick-up by HOPE trucks
- Maintains a neat storage unit and assures security
- Loads and unloads donated materials as needed
- Locks and unlocks station at the start and finish of each shift

- 1 year related OTJ training/experience working in a position providing customer service
- Ability to read and speak English
