The role
Support the implementation of UNOPS DEI initiatives with a focus on community engagement, providing hands-on support to ERGs, internal DEI network and communities, and DEI-related activities and communications.
What you'll do
- Support the coordination and day-to-day functioning of all UNOPS Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and supporting engagement activities across ERGs
- Support communication with ERG Co-chairs, Executive Sponsors, and members
- Assist in tracking participation, activities, key outputs, and impact across the ERGs
- Support cross-ERG coordination and activities related to the Youth Engagement Platform
What it takes
- Completed a minimum first-level university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
- Experience in human resources, social justice, diversity and inclusion, social inclusion, disability inclusion, special education, psychology, social pedagogy, or related fields is an asset
- Fluent in English, intermediate knowledge of French or Spanish is desirable
