Discovery Technical Operations Specialist

The role

Anthropic is seeking a Discovery Technical Operations Specialist to build and operate discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle, support the legal hold program, and help develop Anthropic's information governance program. This role requires hands-on experience with discovery operations and a strong understanding of ESI preservation obligations.

What you'll do

• Build and operate discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle
• Support the operational design and execution of the legal hold program
• Support and improve the discovery technology stack
• Partner with discovery team, in-house counsel, outside counsel, vendors, and internal technical teams
• Partner with Security, IT, and product engineering to support Anthropic's data landscape
• Design and build internal tools to streamline and manage critical discovery workflows

What it takes

• Hands-on discovery experience across the full EDRM lifecycle
• Working knowledge of major discovery platforms
• Strong understanding of the Federal Rules on discovery and evidence
• Experience operating discovery across modern enterprise data sources
• Strong project management instincts
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical discovery and operational concepts
