The role
Anthropic is seeking a Discovery Operations Lead to build out its discovery operations and information governance program, supporting active litigation and regulatory matters.
What you'll do
- Design and operate discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle
- Own the operational design and execution of the legal hold program
- Stand up and administer the discovery technology stack
- Design and document standard operating procedures
- Serve as a primary point of contact between in-house counsel, outside counsel, vendors, and internal technical teams
- Partner with Security, IT, and product engineering to support Anthropic's data landscape
