The role

The UHN Collaborative Academic Practice department is seeking a Discipline Head for Respiratory Therapy to lead and support academic practice across multiple sites. This role involves developing professional standards, implementing quality indicators, and fostering collaborative partnerships to advance respiratory therapy practice and research. The successful candidate will guide clinical education, support staff development, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and UHN's strategic goals.
