Disability, Accessibility & Inclusion Manager
The role
The ACLU is seeking a Disability, Accessibility & Inclusion (DAI) Manager to join the Business Operations and Support Services team. This role is responsible for managing the organization’s DAI program, translating high-level strategy into actionable initiatives, and driving organizational culture change through education and collaboration. The manager will partner across departments to embed accessibility practices, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with disability laws and internal policy goals.
