The role
The Director/Senior Director, Revenue Operations at GiveDirectly will own the operating backbone of the Fundraising function, build the pipeline infrastructure, and represent Fundraising to Finance, Compliance, Grants Management, and the People team.
What you'll do
- Build and own the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising
- Define, standardize, and own tracking of fit-for-purpose Fundraising KPIs
- Partner with counterparts on Fundraising Data and Tech to prioritize, execute, and approve projects
- Design and institutionalize the operating rhythms of the Fundraising function
- Develop revenue systems and processes alongside the Finance, Fundraising, and Donor Experience teams
- Own revenue reconciliation and recognition, pledge and receivable tracking

- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role
- Demonstrated experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems
- Strong analytical operator
- Proven track record managing cross-functional relationships
- Experience managing people or workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
