The role
The Director, Regional Impact Operations serves as the operational backbone for the One KIPP Delivery team, supporting regional superintendents in executing strategic initiatives. This role manages complex logistics, data reporting, and implementation tracking to ensure regional pods function efficiently and effectively. By acting as a strategic thought partner, the Director helps identify risks and implement data-driven solutions to support high-quality school leadership and student outcomes.
