The role

The Director of Quality and Process Improvement provides strategic leadership for quality assurance, Lean/Kaizen activities, and contract compliance at Goodwill Great Lakes. This role manages operational training, large-scale projects, and organizational change initiatives to ensure contractual and regulatory standards are met. The position requires a leader capable of driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of operational excellence across multiple locations.
