The role

What you'll do

  • Manage and coach a team of 10+ employees to meet program recruitment and quality goals.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and monitor key performance indicators for program outcomes.
  • Design and conduct in-person coaching visits to support staff professional development.
  • Ensure cross-departmental alignment with Curriculum, Impact, and Evaluation teams.
  • Oversee staff hiring, training, and ongoing performance management cycles.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in program management.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in staff management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the early childhood education (ECE) landscape.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
