The role
The Director, Principal Giving East will lead the IRC’s Principal Giving Program in the Eastern United States, managing a team of fundraisers to secure multi-million dollar commitments from ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The role involves overseeing a personal portfolio, developing strategic fundraising plans, and collaborating with senior leadership to advance the organization's humanitarian mission. This position requires an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of closing 7 and 8-figure gifts and a commitment to international development and social justice.
