The role

The Director of Permanency Services will lead a team of supervisors, case managers, and support workers dedicated to helping children and families thrive in safe home environments. This role involves overseeing program performance, staff leadership, and community outreach efforts to ensure positive family outcomes. The position reports to the Vice President of Permanency and requires a deep commitment to child welfare and family success.
