The Director of Supply Management at the American Red Cross is responsible for leading a team, developing and executing category strategies, and ensuring effective sourcing and supplier management of goods and services.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 years of progressively responsible supply chain management or procurement experience

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, contracting, negotiation, supply chain risk management, and supplier relationship management
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver clear presentations and stakeholder communications
- Strong problem-solving, financial, commercial, and business acumen
