The role

The Director of Student Support oversees academic, emotional, and physical services for students requiring additional support, including special education and English Language Learner instruction. The role involves coaching staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with school leadership to foster an inclusive, anti-racist, and academically rigorous environment. The incumbent will manage IEP and 504 processes while driving best practices across the KIPP Capital Region network.
