Director of School Operations

The role

The Director of School Operations (DSO) at KIPP Indy leads school-based and regional operational systems, including enrollment, attendance, facilities, risk management, and finance. The DSO works closely with the School Leader to ensure instructional staff can focus on student outcomes by managing daily logistics and campus operations. This role involves direct management of the school-based Operations Manager and implementation of critical safety, budgetary, and compliance protocols.
