The role
The Director of Recruiting at International Justice Mission (IJM) will design, lead, and operationalize standardized recruiting workflows and policies to deliver mission-critical hires worldwide. This role is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) if located in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates.

- Design, standardize, and implement global recruiting workflows and policies
- Optimize and govern Workday Recruiting (ATS) to drive data integrity
- Build and develop strong global partnerships with regional recruiting teams
- Establish and manage a clear set of global recruiting metrics
- Ensure global hiring compliance
- Strengthen IJM's employer brand and sourcing strategies
What it takes
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum of ten years' experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven track record designing and implementing standardized recruiting processes
- Proven expertise with Workday Recruiting (ATS)
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state employment laws
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners
