The role

- Lead in various needs assessments and propose WR Haiti’s sectoral engagement in the country
- Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of country office programs and projects
- Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation systems are in place
- Support field offices in all aspects of finance, administrative, human resource, and logistics management
- Travel to the field as needed to supervise and review project/program progress quality and/or results
- Support in job description and performance development, regular feedback, mid-term reviews, and annual performance appraisals
What it takes
- Master’s Degree from an accredited university in a relevant field
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Demonstrated results in obtaining and maintaining high-level donor funding
- Excellent organization, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel for up to 40% of the time
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, AI, Excel, PowerPoint other computer programs
