What you'll do
- Design and execute a global major giving strategy focused on securing six-figure gifts.
- Cultivate and manage a high-value donor pipeline including family foundations and HNWI networks.
- Collaborate with the Board to activate relationships for solicitation and institutional ambassadorship.
- Provide strategic leadership within the Partnerships and Philanthropy Division to drive team growth.
