The role

Educate! is seeking a Director of Performance Metrics to lead the design and implementation of its data architecture and predictive analytics strategy.   • Collaborate with product, implementation, and tech teams to deploy actionable dashboards and self-service analytics.
  • Transition the organization from manual reporting to an AI-native data model.

What it takes

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or M&E roles.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing data teams, including managing managers.
  • Technical fluency in SQL, dbt, and cloud warehousing architectures.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
