Director of People Operations

The role

The Michael J. Fox Foundation is seeking a Director of People Operations to build and scale the organization's HR infrastructure during a period of significant growth. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, managing operational compliance, and optimizing HR systems and service delivery models. The position serves as both a strategic leader and an execution-focused manager who will coach the People Operations team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality employee support.
