The role
Greentown Labs is seeking a senior, relationship-driven Director of Partnerships to own some of their most strategic partner accounts, focusing on retention, activation, and growth within corporate partner accounts.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of strategic corporate partner accounts
- Deliver on partnership engagements and ensure portfolio activation
- Develop programming for and execute Sector Pitch Days
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate account records
- Work across Somerville and Houston to support partnerships
- Support the development and improvement of systems and processes within Salesforce

- 8+ years of progressive experience in partnership or account management
- Demonstrated track record managing complex, senior partner accounts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
