The role
The Michael J. Fox Foundation is seeking a Director of Major Gifts (East) to lead a team of fundraisers, manage a portfolio of major donors, and execute the Foundation’s major gifts strategy within assigned regions.
What you'll do
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of frontline fundraisers
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Partner with the VP, Head of Major Gifts, to identify skill-building opportunities
- Provide advanced coaching on solicitation strategy and donor engagement planning
- Execute the Foundation’s major gifts strategy within assigned regions
