The role

Project Healthy Minds is seeking a Director of Live Programming to lead the production, strategy, and attendee experience for its signature World Mental Health Day festival and other brand-forward events. This role requires an expert in large-scale event production, vendor management, and editorial curation to deliver world-class, culturally impactful experiences. The Director will work closely with the CEO to manage P&L, secure talent, and orchestrate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the World Mental Health Day Festival.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of all production elements, including audio, video, and staging.
  • Manage all vendor and venue relations, including sourcing and contract negotiation.
  • Quarterback talent acquisition in partnership with the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Oversee the event P&L and ensure a world-class guest experience.
