The role
The Director of Lands is responsible for leading the Conservancy’s land protection and connectivity work in New Jersey, including strategic planning, partnerships, policy, and community relations. - Develop, implement, and evaluate strategy; set deadlines and manage a portfolio of projects
- Develop and direct multi-disciplinary staff
