Director of K-12 Family Services
The role
The Director of K-12 Family Services will lead the design and implementation of network-wide family engagement and case management strategies for DREAM charter schools. This role involves coaching Family Social Workers, managing community partnerships, and utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in support of student and family outcomes. The position requires a strategic leader capable of fostering deep relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple school sites.
