The role
The Director of High School Advancement will shape and implement strategies to drive academic outcomes across 47 KIPP high schools nationwide, focusing specifically on ACT/SAT performance and 9th-grade GPA. This leadership role involves providing network-wide professional development, coaching regional leaders, and utilizing data-driven insights to monitor school-level performance. The incumbent will serve as a key member of the Schools Team, ensuring academic excellence and college readiness through innovative, system-level leadership.
