The role
The Director of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organization's financial function, ensuring financial stewardship and providing financial oversight to operational functions.

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Director of Finance, Head of Finance, or equivalent senior leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team
- Confident working at director level and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience deputising for a C-suite leader or equivalent
