The role
The Director of Dual Language Curriculum (K-5) will lead the design, selection, and implementation of high-quality bilingual curriculum across KIPP Texas schools. This role involves coaching instructional leaders, analyzing student data to drive academic results, and ensuring all materials align with simultaneous biliteracy standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional teams to foster culturally relevant pedagogy and support emergent bilingual learners across Texas.
