The role
The Director of Dual Language Biliteracy Curriculum (3-5) will drive academic success by designing and vetting high-quality, research-based dual language curricula across KIPP Texas schools. This role involves coaching instructional leaders, analyzing performance data to refine instructional pathways, and ensuring alignment with state standards and simultaneous biliteracy frameworks. The Director will collaborate with regional teams to foster a culture of academic excellence and equitable outcomes for emergent bilingual students.
