The role

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an expert leader for the role of Director of Development Finance to manage £600m-£700m in annual development expenditure. This position reports to the CFO and involves leading a team of 25 to provide strategic financial insight, investment appraisals, and budget oversight for a robust 10-year delivery plan.
