What you'll do
- Build and manage a personal portfolio of donors with an emphasis on gifts of $5,000+
- Design and lead individual giving growth strategies including donor acquisition and retention
- Oversee communications strategy to align donor journeys with fundraising goals
- Manage the development and communications team and external grant contractors
- Partner with the Executive Director on board engagement and revenue forecasting
