The role
Philanthropy Massachusetts (PMA) is seeking a Director of Development & Member Experience to lead membership growth, revenue diversification, and fundraising strategy.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute PMA’s annual development and revenue strategy
- Grow foundation, corporate, sponsorship, and individual support
- Identify new earned-revenue opportunities aligned with LEAP
- Lead membership recruitment, onboarding, retention, renewal, and engagement
- Support cultivation of strategic partnerships with foundations, corporate funders, and sector networks
- Oversee Salesforce data quality and reporting
