What you'll do

- Manage a portfolio of 100-125 donors and prospects using Salesforce-based moves management processes.
- Collaborate with the CEO and development team to drive fundraising goals for strategic initiatives and the capital campaign.
- Travel at least once per month to Montana cities and potentially other states to meet with prospective donors.
- Partner with the Director of Development, Business and Corporate Relations to secure corporate partnerships.
What it takes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in major gift fundraising with a proven track record of soliciting and closing gifts.
- Deep understanding of and experience with donor moves management best practices.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
