The role

What you'll do
- Implement fundraising strategies established in partnership with the Chief Advancement Officer.

- Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
- Expand unrestricted philanthropic revenue and strengthen donor engagement.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Development Department.
- Support the Chief Advancement Officer in advancing the Board Development Committee's work.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible nonprofit fundraising or development leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success securing and stewarding major gifts.
- Proven experience developing relationships with foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
- Experience managing fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and development operations.
- Experience supervising staff and managing multiple fundraising initiatives.
