The role
The Director of Curriculum and Instructional Excellence will lead efforts to strengthen teaching and learning across KIPP Texas schools, with a specific focus on campuses in transformation. This role involves providing deep curricular expertise, facilitating high-impact professional learning, and delivering job-embedded instructional coaching to teachers and school leaders. The Director will drive academic outcomes through data-driven progress monitoring and the implementation of high-quality instructional materials.
