The role
The Director of Counseling and Hotline Services will lead both the hotline and Counseling Programs at Shelter House, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing and ending domestic and sexual violence and homelessness.
What you'll do
- Ensure services provided to households embody a trauma-informed approach

- Provide clinically focused supervision and support to Counseling Program Manager

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Licensed in Virginia as an LCSW, LCP, or LMFT and able to provide clinical supervision
