Director of Consumer
The role
The Director of Consumer will lead charity: water’s consumer revenue strategy, specifically focusing on the growth and retention of the 'Spring' recurring donor community. This role oversees full-funnel fundraising, including paid media acquisition, lifecycle retention, and cross-functional campaign management. The successful candidate will leverage data, AI-driven marketing models, and analytical rigor to optimize donor lifetime value and achieve a $25M+ annual revenue target. You will manage a small team and direct agency partners to scale and innovate the organization's fundraising engine.
