The role

The Director of Community Partnerships & Creative Aging at Goddard House is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operations of Creative Aging Connections, a program that supports creative aging initiatives for under-resourced older adults in Boston.

Lead implementation of CAC strategic priorities and annual work plans
Develop new creative aging initiatives and identify opportunities for program innovation
Cultivate and sustain partnerships with community organizations
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the Creative Aging Program Manager
Develop and manage CAC program budgets
Collaborate with the President & CEO and Development staff on fundraising efforts

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience
