The role
At Our Future Health, we are seeking a Director of Clinical Network & Supply Chain Integration to develop and integrate a national clinical network model to support the recruitment of five million volunteers for a large health research programme.
What you'll do
- Develop an end-to-end view of the clinical and sample pathway
- Map existing capacity against forecast recruitment demand
- Identify current and future capacity gaps and operational dependencies
- Develop an integrated UK-wide clinical network model
- Ensure the network design supports recruitment diversity objectives
- Review existing supplier arrangements and develop recommendations for the future supplier model
What it takes
- Significant senior leadership experience
- Experience in demand forecasting and capacity planning
- Strong commercial and procurement expertise
- Proven experience leading complex change and implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in phlebotomy, pathology, diagnostics, laboratory operations or biological sample management
