The Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) will lead network partner support initiatives that build local capacity to measure core outcomes and outputs of network partners’ leadership development program.

- Sector Expertise: Proven consulting experience working directly with non-profit organizations, combined with hands-on experience designing, managing, or adapting a monitoring, evaluation, and learning system, preferably within an education or global development setting
- Contextual Exposure: Professional background working within an education, global development, or international NGO setting
- Communication Skills: Full professional fluency in English with exceptional proactive communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills necessary to navigate a diverse, global organization
