The role
Spoonfuls seeks a full-time Director, Individual Giving to help significantly grow their individual giving, major giving, cultivation, and stewardship efforts.
What you'll do
- Manage a Development Manager and serve on the Management Team
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Function, the Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations, and the Events Manager
- Partner with Communications to execute the strategy for the annual fund
- Manage year-round cultivation and stewardship for annual donors
- Manage and grow a major gift portfolio
- Supervise the Development Manager
